On another note, we have The Wabash Washout coming up at the Lafayette Municipal Golf Course on October 5th. This course will be set up for this event only. More infomation willl be coming on this event soon.
Looking forward to a fun filled fall of frisbee flinging. (I only said frisbee due to the alliteration aspect of the sentence, frisbee is a register trademark of the wham-o corporation and generally speaking none of us actually throw frisbees).
The Wabash Disc Golf Club would like to thank our latest Murdock Park tee-sign sponsor: YMCA Camp Tecumseh! Look for their sponsor info on hole 3 this spring.

Steve Chino and the Wabash Disc Golf Club are proud to announce the 2013 Wabash Ice Bowl to support the Lafayette Food Finders Food Bank.
Date: Sunday, January 27th
Time: meet up at 10:00 am, tee off at 10:30 am.
Every year, disc golfers around the country brave the freezing winter temperatures to play disc golf in an effort to raise funds for food banks nationwide. The Wabash Ice Bowl will, as it has for the last three years, be raising money and canned good donations to help our neighbors here in central Indiana who might not have enough to eat. Our goals for this year are our most ambitious yet; we want to raise $600.00 and 200lbs of food!
The event will be one round of white tees on the newly remodeled Murdock Park course. The cost is $10.00 per player plus a minimum of 5 cans of food. This year, 100% of the registration fees will go to the food bank, but we will have awesome trophies for top finishers. Mulligans will be on sale during the round for $1.00 each. Buy as many mulligans as you like, any time you like, We will have a special trophy for the most mulligans purchased by a single player.
The first 30 players will recieve a free nested minidisc set!
Be sure to watch our facebook page for updates.
Hope to see you all there. And remember the Ice Bowl motto: "No Wimps, No Whiners!"
